$249 a month per dojang — no contract term. Cancel anytime and the unused days of the fee are refunded pro rata, excluding payment processing fees. Processing fees and applicable taxes are billed separately, and you review the final charges on the signup screen before billing starts.

Can I start using it right after signing up?
Create your account, confirm the amount and billing, and the dojang setup opens right after — your schedule, your classes and your staff accounts. Import your member list and you can run attendance and tuition from the first day.
How do I try the demo on this page?
Open the product demo above and click through Xiro’s three views — the daily briefing, the operations queue, and the ask panel. It runs on a sample dojang’s data.
When does billing start?
After you create your account, the next screen shows the final amount — the $249, processing fees and taxes. The first charge is made when you confirm it and register your payment method, and dojang setup continues from there.
Our dojang is small. Is $249 still the price?
Yes — $249 a month covers the dojang, not a headcount, so you pay the same at 30 students or 300. Small dojangs are usually the ones where the owner is also the front desk, so that is where a manager who handles attendance, tuition and follow-ups gives back the most hours.
Can I bring records from another system?
Export your members, attendance and billing records from your current system and upload them during setup. Xiro matches the fields and prepares a list of the items that need a decision; you approve what is imported.
What do I do with my current recurring billing?
Keep it running until the switch is verified. STEP Manager shows a per-member readiness checklist, so you can line up the end of your old billing with the first STEP charge and avoid charging a family twice.
What does Xiro prepare, and what needs my approval?
Xiro helps identify issues and prepares the next action. You and your team set permissions and approval rules, and anything that leaves the dojang — messages, billing actions — waits for your approval.
Can I cancel? Is there a contract?
You can cancel any time from your account settings — no contract, no cancellation fee. When you cancel, we refund the unused days of the current month, pro rata. Payment processing fees are not refundable, so they are left out of that refund. You will not be billed again after that.
